Chiang Wee Sean graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1996.

Sean has dealt almost exclusively in Conveyancing and Litigation. His areas of practice also include, Family and Corporate Litigation. He enjoys trial work and has appeared in many trials. As a member of the Criminal Legal Aid Society, Sean has also represented many clients pro-bono in court.

With his extensive experience in Alternate Dispute Resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, Sean has conducted training workshops and seminars on Negotiation. He also regularly hold workshops with various housing agencies on the finer points of law on buying and selling of properties in Singapore.

While he considers himself first and foremost a litigator, Sean also provides tax and corporate advice, particularly in the drafting and reviewing various types of general commercial contracts.

He currently serves a varied clientele, which consists of multinational corporations, educational and financial institutions, as well as local small and medium enterprises and start-up companies.
