Chiang Wee Sean
Sean graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1996.
Sean has dealt almost exclusively in Conveyancing and Litigation. His areas of practice also include, Family and Corporate Litigation. He enjoys trial work and has appeared in many trials. As a member of the Criminal Legal Aid Society, Sean has also represented many clients pro-bono in court.
With his extensive experience in Alternate Dispute Resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, Sean has conducted training workshops and seminars on Negotiation. He also regularly hold workshops with various housing agencies on the finer points of law on buying and selling of properties in Singapore.
While he considers himself first and foremost a litigator, Sean also provides tax and corporate advice, particularly in the drafting and reviewing various types of general commercial contracts.

Before practicing law, Lawrence started his working life as a Quantity Surveyor in construction industry serving mainly the contractors. He was previously an Estate Manager in one of the biggest estate in Singapore. As a Quantity Surveyor and Estate Manager, Lawrence participated in various construction litigations, disputes and arbitrations instructing counsels on the preparation of cases.
After leaving the construction industry, Lawrence was absorbed into insurance industry. He was the Claims Manager for one of the leading European insurers. As a Claims Manager, Lawrence handled various disputes of claims in motor accidents, industrial accidents, construction, marine, workmen’s compensation, fire and many other insurance claims.
After graduated in 1994 with an LLB (Hons), he was subsequently called to the Bar as a barrister-at-Law of the Middle Temple, England and Wales in 1996. He was then admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in July 1997. After admitting to the Singapore Bar, Lawrence continued to work in the insurance industry. He left the insurance industry and returned to legal profession in 2002.
Lawrence deals almost exclusively in insurance and construction litigation. His areas of practice include Personal Injury, Construction disputes. He understand the needs of the client, as he was a “client” before. He is proficient in English and Mandarin. He also speak Hokkien, Cantonese, Hakka very well. He also can communicate in Teochew and Malay.

Rudy Marican

Rudy Marican
Rudy is an advocate & solicitor specializing in Criminal Law who is highly regarded by the Malay/ Muslim Community in Singapore.
In his years of experience, Rudy has handled various cases involving divorce and troubled families. He is often invited as a guest speaker at talks targeted at the Malay/ Muslim Community in relation to the Laws in Singapore. He also often give advice to the parents in the community. He has been interviewed on Mediacorp radio station such as Warna 94.2FM and Gold 90FM.
As an active criminal lawyer, Rudy often works with troubled families which are plagued by social ills that often affect youth and teens. Audrey Phua
Audrey graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and obtained a Master of Laws in 1994 from University College, London. She practised as a solicitor in London upon her admission to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales in 1993. From 1995, she was engaged in litigation work as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
Audrey then practiced as a solicitor in Hong Kong for the next 12 years from 1997, and was engaged in a wide range of litigation matters ranging from professional indemnity insurance and various commercial disputes to family court work and labour disputes. Currently, she handles civil cases of both contentious and non-contentious nature. She is also a SIMI certified mediator, an accredited mediator of the HKIAC and the SMC. Audrey is trained in collaborative family practice and strives to resolve disputes quickly and cost effectively for each client. Audrey is a parenting coordinator from the inaugural class by the Family Justice Courts of Singapore.

Combining his extensive experience as a Deputy Public Prosecutor in the Attorney-General’s Chambers (Singapore) and a tertiary level educator in legal education in Temasek Polytechnic, he is able to understand the needs of his varied clientele and give his full attention to each and every client.
As an ASEAN Scholar, Ferlin read law in the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1995. He embarked his legal career in private practice before serving public service and subsequently, doing his part to mould the future generation of the legal profession as an educator. Feeling the need to be in frontline trenches again, he ventured back full circle to private practice.

Wilson specialises in criminal defence and family law, and has also acted in trademark disputes. Wilson's accounting expertise lends itself readily to matrimonial disputes where the tracing of assets and the flow of funds is often crucial.
