With a practical outlook and strong theoretical grounding in the law, Joseph provides solution tailored to his client’s needs. He is dedicated towards assisting his client in obtaining a principled and just resolution of a dispute.

Joseph graduated from the University of Bristol with a Bachelor of Laws, First Class Honours. He was the recipient of the following prizes: Routledge Book Prize and Dean’s Prize for being the overall best student in the first year; Slaughter and May Prize for being the best student in Jurisprudence; Oxford University Prize for being the best student in Crime, Justice and Society.

Joseph also holds a specialist Master of Laws degree in Corporate and Financial Services Law from the National University of Singapore. He was awarded the Kwa Geok Choo Graduate Scholarship to pursue the Master of Laws degree. In the course of completing the degree, Joseph obtained the Rajah & Tann Prize for being the best student for the module ‘Tax Planning and Policy’.
